Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement made between the artist and the client. By commissioning custom work, purchasing prints, enrolling in classes, or engaging with the artist in any way, the client agrees to be bound by these terms.

1. Custom Work:

1.1. The client agrees to provide clear and detailed specifications for the custom work, including but not limited to size, medium, subject matter, and any other relevant details.

1.2. The artist retains all rights to the custom work, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

1.3. A non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total cost is required before work on the custom project begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

1.4. The artist reserves the right to use images of the custom work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Murals:

2.1. The client agrees to provide suitable space and access for the mural to be created.

2.2. Any necessary permissions or permits required for the creation of the mural are the responsibility of the client.

2.3. The artist will provide an estimated completion date for the mural, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or additional design requests.

2.4. The client agrees to cover any additional expenses incurred during the creation of the mural, such as travel or accommodation costs if the location is outside the artist's usual working area.

3. Classes:

3.1. The client agrees to arrive on time for scheduled classes and to notify the artist in advance if unable to attend.

3.2. The artist reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case alternative arrangements will be made.

3.3. The client agrees to respect the artist's intellectual property and refrain from reproducing or distributing class materials without permission.

4. Prints:

4.1. The client agrees to use prints purchased from the artist for personal use only and not for resale or commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4.2. The artist retains all rights to the artwork and images used to create the prints.

5. Payment:

5.1. Payment for custom work, murals, classes, and prints must be made in full before delivery or commencement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Cancellation and Refunds:

6.1. In the event of cancellation by the client for custom work or murals, the non-refundable deposit will be retained by the artist.

6.2. Refunds for classes or prints may be provided at the discretion of the artist, with a deduction for any expenses incurred.

7. Liability:

7.1. The artist will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the quality and safety of their work, but shall not be liable for any damages or injuries arising from the client's use of the artwork, participation in classes, or installation of murals.

8. Governing Law:

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law.

By engaging with the artist for custom work, murals, classes, or prints, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
